V & B Construction Services, Inc. (Vertical & Below-Ground) was founded in Houston, TX in 2019. Our Board of Directors cumulatively owns more than 60 years of telecom experience coming from Crown Castle, PiROD (now Valmont Towers), HP Communications and Partners Communications.
In 2020 we relocated the headquarters back to Charlotte, North Carolina but we still maintain satellite offices in Houston, TX and also one in Raleigh, NC.
Who We Are
Gayla Haag, President and majority owner of V & B, has more than 30 years’ experience in the telecom industry. She primarily oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
V & B has two divisions – landscaping and maintenance and then towers and fiber. David Haag, Co-Owner, runs the landscaping and maintenance and Byron Haag, VP of Operations, runs the tower and fiber division.
We operate mainly within the Southeast however we still have crews in Texas and we are establishing a presence in the Midwest as well.
We have two staff members – Ray Widstrand who resides in Raleigh and is our Director of Sales and Lexi Vinson who resides in Houston and is our Project Manager who handles most of the administrative functions.
